10% Discount on Our Commission

At Ray White Nelson, we’re pleased to offer eligible SuperGold Cardholders a 10% discount on our commission when they list and sell their residential property with us.

SuperGold Cardholders can access a range of benefits and discounts across New Zealand. Through Ray White’s SuperGold partnership, eligible cardholders who are one of the owners of the residential property being sold can also benefit from a 10% commission discount.

About the SuperGold Card

The SuperGold Card programme, administered by the Ministry of Social Development, recognises the contribution seniors and veterans make to New Zealand society. Cardholders can access a range of discounts and benefits from participating businesses throughout New Zealand.

There are two versions of the SuperGold Card: an ‘S’ branded card and a ‘V’ branded card specifically for veterans. The card is issued to eligible New Zealanders aged 65 and over, including those receiving New Zealand Superannuation or a Veteran’s Pension.

How the Discount Works

The 10% discount is calculated on the gross normal standard commission applicable to Ray White Nelson and is applied at the time of sale.

The offer is available across all types of residential property and all forms of listing.

To receive the discount, the SuperGold Cardholder must be one of the property owners and must request the discount before the agency agreement is signed. The discount must also be recorded on the signed agency agreement.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
